The book is chock-full of information, yet reads easily and enjoyably. There are so many great recipes that I can't wait to try! Lisa offers her readers a concrete plan they can implement immediately to get results fast. She also touches on lifestyle changes, that, as a fitness professional, I believe are equally as beneficial as proper nutrition. I learned a lot reading this book, and enjoyed doing it!

I highly recommend this book because not only do I always eat amazing food that is all so good for you, but I now know what it does for my exterior body; skin, nails, hair etc. I feel so good from all of Lisa's super helpful tips every time I eat for example walnuts, or Kiwi or wild salmon! I always eat healthy but this book was an amazing reference for programs, recipes and wholesome feeling good!Its a MUST read and a perfect gift as well!
