The recipes are just super! Ideas for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The book is well framed and each recipe is described in detail. I think this is a good 30 day whole food challenge cookbook and you can easily do it if you want to be healthy, energetic and positive.

I have learn some new things from this book. After reading this book i able to know what is whole30 is. The author explained is nicely. With the 90 delicious and healthy recipes this book shared the food list what to eat and what not to eat.

This is an okay addition to the program. I do like the infused water recipes and a few others. Many are fish recipes and as I do not enjoy fish, shrimps, etc probably a quarter of the recipes are not for me. Overall it has much to offer if you are a less picky eater than I am. I am happy to have this book on hand for options and inspiration for the detox, but not thrilled.

Beautiful book! I have not had time to actually make a recipe, but I am giving it 5 stars anyway, because the recipes sound delicious, the book is very thorough and laid out nicely and there is so much good information! It's a cookbook and reference book all in one. And there are a lot of beautiful pictures of the recipes throughout!

Love it, encouraging and great recipes, can't wait to try all the recipes. This book was very informative and provided information in a realistic way that allowed me to feel more comfortable in setting goals for myself.Recommend this book of your thinking of life style change. Thanks .
