I'm not smart enough for a "smart Phone". I went from a 'flip phone to Pixel 2 android phone. I really require a written manual that I can refer back to. The kindle version has lots of information that assumes that you know what you're doing. It is also very difficult to go back and review a section that is troubling. I will continue to persevere, and while not mastering the phone at least get to the point where i can use it properly.I wish the phone would alert me more than one time for an incoming message, like it does for a phone call.
I bought this book because I just bought a Google Pixel 2 XL. This book is not about the Google phone at all. What a waste of money. The title is not an accurate description of what is in this book

Trash! Doesn't even mention the Pixel 2 or Pixel 2 XL. Only covers Android 5 generic use with NO Mention of Android 8. Misleading title. Will try for money refund.
It is absolutely worthless. I have read the book and it did not help me at all. Still struggling to understand how to use the phone.
